Terms of use
These terms apply to SwordHUD and this website. Camden Burke owns SwordHUD and is the licensor.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SwordHUD on Macs you own or control, for your own use.
What you may not do
Copy or share the app, its download link or any licence key; sell, rent or sublicense it, or charge for it; reverse engineer or remove protections, except where the law does not allow this restriction; or use it to build a competing product.
Ownership
The code, art and sounds in the app were made by Camden Burke. Sword Art Online and its designs belong to their owners. You receive a licence, not ownership. Third-party components, such as the Exo 2 font under the SIL Open Font License, keep their own licences.
Free and unofficial
SwordHUD is free. It is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Kadokawa, Reki Kawahara or the Sword Art Online production committee, whose names and designs belong to their owners. It may be withdrawn at any time, including at a rights holder's request.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, SwordHUD is provided as is, and its owner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. SwordHUD moves windows and pastes text on your behalf, so check what you paste before you send it.
Ending
The licence ends if you break these terms, and you must then delete all copies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
