Purchases and refunds
How buying works depends on where you buy. Free apps cost nothing and need no refund.
Mac App Store and iPhone App Store purchases
Apple sells these apps and handles the payment, receipts and refunds. To ask for a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page at reportaproblem.apple.com or the Support app, and follow Apple's refund policy. I cannot see or refund App Store purchases myself.
Prices on this site match the store at the time of writing. The store shows the final price for your country, including any tax.
Direct downloads
Some apps may also be sold directly through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record, takes the payment and handles tax. Direct sales are not open yet. When they are, your receipt will explain how to contact Lemon Squeezy about an order, and you can also email me with your order number and I will sort it out with them.
If something does not work
Before asking for a refund, email contact@camdenburke.co.uk with your Mac model, macOS version and what you saw. Most problems are quick to fix, and I read every message.
