Privacy at Looking Glass

Effective 17 October 2026. This is a first version for the beta and may change. Material changes will be dated here.

Who we are

Looking Glass is made by Camden Burke and sold by AppVantix LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, 280 Red Hill Center Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464. Questions: contact@camdenburke.co.uk.

The app

The Looking Glass app runs on your computer. It makes no network requests of its own, has no accounts, and has no analytics or crash reporting. Your settings, favorites, recent commands, flows and searches stay on your computer, and we never receive them. When you open a screen, your browser or SAP GUI talks to your own SAP system. That traffic is between your computer and your company.

This website

The site counts visits with its own cookieless counters. For each visit or click they record the day, the page, which button was clicked and the name of the referring site. They store counts only: no IP address, no identifier, no browser details, and nothing that follows you from one visit to the next. They respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. There are no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the day you signed up and which list you joined. We use it to email you when your place opens and about the beta. We do not sell or share it for advertising. The waitlist runs on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Email to you is sent through Google Workspace. Only Camden Burke sees the list.

If you write to us or join the beta

We keep what you send us, such as your email and any report from the setup test, so we can reply and run the beta. Please do not send personal data or real business data. A setup report can contain SAP field names and system names.

How long we keep it

Waitlist and beta contact details are kept until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever is first.
